Selon un Email re\u00e7u par l\u2019ancienne secr\u00e9taire d\u2019Etat am\u00e9ricaine, Hillary Clinton, le 17 janvier 2013 \u00e0 10h du soir, et publi\u00e9 par Wikileaks, le 16 mars dernier et auparavant par le d\u00e9partement d\u2019Etat am\u00e9ricain, le 29 f\u00e9vrier dernier, le pouvoir alg\u00e9rien entretient des relations secr\u00e8tes avec le groupe terroriste, appel\u00e9 avant, \u2018Les Signataires par le sang\u2019, et qui est dirig\u00e9 par le terroriste alg\u00e9rien, Mokhtar Bekmokhtar.<\/p>\n
Cet Email a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 Hillary Clinton, par Sidney Blumental, un ancien Conseiller sp\u00e9cial du pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain Bill Clinton.\u00a0 Dans sa lettre, Sidney Blumental rapporte des renseignements des services secrets fran\u00e7ais, faisant \u00e9tat de la d\u00e9couverte de cette liaison criminelle entre les services secrets alg\u00e9riens ‘DRS’ et le terroriste Mokhtar Belmokhtar.<\/p>\n
Ces dangereux renseignements sont apport\u00e9s selon, l\u2019Email de\u00a0 Blumental, par \u2018\u2018des officiers des services de renseignements ext\u00e9rieurs fran\u00e7ais (DGSE) travaillant au Mali et en Alg\u00e9rie durant la crise des otages du 17 janvier 2013\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n
Ces officiers fran\u00e7ais, \u00e9crit Blumental, ont indiqu\u00e9 que \u2018le gouvernement de Bouteflika a conclu une entente tr\u00e8s secr\u00e8te avec Belmokhtar apr\u00e8s le kidnapping en avril 2012 du consul alg\u00e9rien \u00e0 Gao (Mali). En vertu de cet accord, Belmokhtar a concentr\u00e9 ses op\u00e9rations au Mali et, occasionnellement, avec les encouragements de [services secrets alg\u00e9riens], attaqu\u00e9 les int\u00e9r\u00eats marocains au Sahara occidental\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n
\u2018\u2018According to sources with access to the Algerian DGSE, the Bouteflika government reached a highly secret understanding with Belmokhtar after the kidnapping in April 2012 of the Algerian consul in GAO (Mali). Under this agreement Belmokhtar concentrated his operations in Mali, and occasionally, with the encouragement of the Algerian DGSE, attack Moroccan interests in Western Sahara, where the Algerians have territorial claims.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n
