Dans des documents publi\u00e9s par <a class=\"spip_in\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bladi.net\/wikileaks-maroc.html\">Wikileaks<\/a>, le gouvernement alg\u00e9rien et le chef terroriste Belmokhtar sont accus\u00e9s d\u2019avoir conclu un accord pour attaquer les int\u00e9r\u00eats du Maroc au Sahara.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les courriers \u00e9lectroniques re\u00e7us par l\u2019ancienne secr\u00e9taire d\u2019Etat am\u00e9ricaine Hilary Clinton ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9s cette semaine par Wikileaks. Il en ressort ainsi que l\u2019ancien conseiller sp\u00e9cial du pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain Bill Clinton, Sidney Blumenthal, a envoy\u00e9 un courrier \u00e0 Hilary Clinton le 17 janvier 2013 \u00e0 22h dans lequel il fait part d\u2019un accord entre le groupe terroriste de l\u2019Alg\u00e9rien Mokhtar Belmokhtar et le gouvernement alg\u00e9rien en vue d\u2019attaquer \u00ab\u00a0les int\u00e9r\u00eats marocains au Sahara occidental\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans ce mail Blumenthal \u00e9crit\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Selon des sources ayant acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la DGSE alg\u00e9rienne , le gouvernement de Bouteflika a conclu une entente tr\u00e8s secr\u00e8te avec Belmokhtar apr\u00e8s le kidnapping en avril 2012 du consul alg\u00e9rien \u00e0 Gao (Mali). En vertu de cet accord, Belmokhtar a concentr\u00e9 ses op\u00e9rations au Mali et, occasionnellement, avec les encouragements de la DGSE alg\u00e9rienne, attaqu\u00e9 les int\u00e9r\u00eats marocains au Sahara (&#8230;) \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019ancien conseiller sp\u00e9cial envoie ce courriel suite \u00e0 l\u2019attaque terroriste qui a cibl\u00e9 le site p\u00e9trolier alg\u00e9rien de In Amenas et men\u00e9 par le groupe dirig\u00e9 par Mokhtar Belmokhtar. Cette attaque est une surprise pour le pouvoir alg\u00e9rien puisqu\u2019il avait scell\u00e9 une entente avec ce groupe quelques mois auparavant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plus loin dans le mail, Sidney Blumenthal poursuit\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Le gouvernement mauritanien, encourag\u00e9 par le Maroc, a tent\u00e9 de n\u00e9gocier un r\u00e8glement avec Belmokhtar qui aurait permis \u00e0 ses disciples de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.
