{"id":261,"date":"2013-02-25T22:38:28","date_gmt":"2013-02-25T22:38:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/anatem.info\/?p=261"},"modified":"2014-01-26T01:59:55","modified_gmt":"2014-01-26T01:59:55","slug":"maroc-proces-des-accuses-dans-laffaire-gdeim-izik-rapport-dobservateurs-francais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/anatem.info\/?p=261","title":{"rendered":"Maroc : Proc?s des accus?s dans l&rsquo;affaire Gdeim Izik : Rapport d&rsquo;Observateurs fran?ais"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'PrimaSans BT,Verdana,sans-serif'\">Conclusion du Rapport des  observateurs Fran\u00e7ais membres de l&rsquo;Association de Promotion des Libert\u00e9s  Fondamentales sur le proc\u00e8s des personnes poursuivies \u00e0 raison de leur  participation aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements criminels de Gdeim Izik pr\u00e8s de Laayoune,  tenu \u00e0 Rabat (Maroc) du 1er F\u00e9vrier au 17 F\u00e9vrier 2013.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'PrimaSans BT,Verdana,sans-serif'\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-size: small\">(&#8230;) Le proc\u00e8s a, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vidence, respect\u00e9 le principe du contradictoire et celui de la libert\u00e9 de la d\u00e9fense : les d\u00e9bats n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9court\u00e9s, les avocats des accus\u00e9s ont pu librement pr\u00e9senter leurs arguments de d\u00e9fense, arguments auxquels il a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9pondu par le Procureur du Roi, et le Pr\u00e9sident a constamment insist\u00e9 sur le respect de la pr\u00e9somption d\u2019innocence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'PrimaSans BT,Verdana,sans-serif'\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: small\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: small\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\">Les d\u00e9bats ont lieu devant un public diversifi\u00e9, aux opinions pluralistes, faisant une part notable \u00e0 des organisations non-gouvernementales ou des associations \u00e9trang\u00e8res, dont certaines ne font pas myst\u00e8re de leur soutien militant aux accus\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: small\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: small\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\">La pr\u00e9sence de nombreux observateurs internationaux, des associations pour les droits de l\u2019Homme, des journalistes, et m\u00eame des militants \u00e9trangers ouvertement anti-marocains, a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les droits de l\u2019Homme et la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression sont respect\u00e9s au Maroc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: small\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: small\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\">Nos observateurs ont exerc\u00e9 leur mission sans aucune contrainte. Certains d\u2019entre nous ont pu parler longuement avec des avocats de la d\u00e9fense, avec le B\u00e2tonnier de Rabat ou son repr\u00e9sentant, avec des avocats et des <a href=\"http:\/\/adaptfunrun.org\/\">Online Pokies<\/a> magistrats assistant \u00e0 l\u2019audience ou avec des repr\u00e9sentants d\u2019associations marocaines des droits de l\u2019Homme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: small\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;font-size: small\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\">Par ailleurs, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9 une large libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression aux accus\u00e9s ainsi qu\u2019aux manifestations de soutien aux accus\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du tribunal, m\u00eame si celles-ci cherchaient \u00e0 \u00e9luder l\u2019aspect p\u00e9nal, qui \u00e9tait pourtant le point essentiel du proc\u00e8s &#8211;
